Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please ensure that the following conditions are met:

Condition: items must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Return Deadline: Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team indicating your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, some items such as panties, bodysuits and other intimate apparel cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
